RETURNS OF FAULTY PARCELS

At the time of delivery, you must check the condition of the parcels, as well as their contents, whether they are up to standard and condition of the products in the presence of the courier. Any issues must be specified, explained and dated on the Delivery Note.  If you refuse to accept the package, you must notify us immediately by e-mail at contact-eshop@silvera.fr, stating your order number and the reason for refusal, and confirm this information by letter to: SILVERA-eshop 58 avenue Kleber 75116 Paris. We will then contact you to exchange the product.

RIGHT OF RETURN

You have 14 working days from delivery of your order to return a product to us, at your expense, for exchange or refund. You can make a return request from your customer account. Once the request has been validated, the products must be returned in new condition, intact, complete, in their original packaging and accompanied by the Delivery Note and the Return Note.They must be returned to the following address: SILVERA/ESHOP 83, avenue Niel 75017 Paris. We remind you that the products are sent at your own risk and that shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive your return and check the condition of the products, we will proceed to refund the amount paid within 30 days.
