We offer authentic Design Classics, manufactured according to the designers' plans, or with the agreement of any heirs, respecting the quality of materials and manufacturing method that have made the reputation of these products. They are usually signed or accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

SECURE PAYMENT

Payments for your online purchases on SILVERA eshop are completely secure. Your payments are made by credit or debit card directly on the SOGENACTIF website of our partner SOCIETE GENERALE. Your card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol; they are only known to the bank and are never stored. Security of your payment is enhanced by the 3D SECURE authentication system.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

You have 14 working days from delivery of your order to return a product to us, at your expense, for exchange or refund. You can make a return request from your customer account. Once the request has been validated, the products must be returned in new condition, intact, complete, in their original packaging and accompanied by the Delivery Note and the Return Note.

SHIPPING IN 48 HOURS

Products in stock at the time of your order are delivered within 48 working hours in Mainland France (guaranteed delivery time or not depending on the delivery method chosen). If your order includes items with different delivery times, the delivery will be combined on the longest delivery time, unless you request otherwise by email to contact-eshop@silvera.fr.

PARCEL TRACKING

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email informing you of its dispatch, with a tracking number allowing you to track delivery of your parcels.
