Eclipse is an amazing and intriguing little lamp designed by Mauricio Klabin and produced by Objekto. The lamp is characterised by its very original design: it is made from a single plastic strip rolled up on itself to form a three-dimensional object. It can be manipulated to change its shape and, at the same time, its orientation and the strength of light. The legs have non-slip glides, allowing the lamp to be held in different positions. The designer wanted to create an accessible object without sacrificing quality design. Poetic and functional, Eclipse can be used as a bedside lamp in the bedroom, as an occasional lamp without the living room or in a child's bedroom. The lamp is part of the permanent collection at MoMa in New York.
